Step 1 - Talk to us
When we bought our first holiday home, we were quite uncertain. Was it a good buy or we were too emotional ? We wanted to enjoy it but we had a mortgage to pay. How to generate extra income while we are away? Trust me. Many people asked the same questions. I wish I could have consulted someone before we started our Airbnb. Step 2 - Plan
Everyone is different and every holiday house has its unique character. We will visit you and your holiday house. We plan around your needs and expectations. We start with branding your holiday house with a unique theme. Then we look at pricing and marketing strategy. Who are your primary target audiences and how much you charge over weekdays and weekends? We provide consultation on property styling, access management, storage solution and amenity checklist.
Step 3 - Start up
Now it's time to roll up the sleeves. First thing first, we will complete your Airbnb profile and determine the launch date. Then we will set up all the essentials - electricity, internet, heating and laundromat. We will assist you in preparing bedding, linen, amenities, coffee and teas. Last but not the least, we will photograph your ready-to-go listing. This is probably the most important step for all Airbnb before it opens for business.
