Central heating and cooling keep the whole house comfortable year-round. In the living room, the electric fireplace creates a cosy spot to unwind after a day exploring the Blue Mountains.

Outdoor entertaining
The large backyard offers plenty of space to relax and spend time together. Fire up the BBQ, gather around the outdoor dining table or enjoy marshmallows by the fire pit when it’s available.

Sleeping arrangements and bathrooms
- Bedroom 1: Queen bed and private ensuite
- Bedroom 2: Queen bed
- Bedroom 3: Queen bed and single bed
- Additional bedding: A single foam mattress can be set up in the living room for the eighth guest

Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a bathroom. The home also has a separate powder room and a dressing room beside the laundry. Linen and towels are provided.

A convenient base for exploring
Leura Mall is approximately a seven-minute walk away, with cafés, restaurants and boutique shops to explore. Gordon Falls and Elysian Rock lookouts are around a five-minute walk from the home, making it easy to enjoy the scenery nearby.

Whether you’re heading out for breakfast, exploring local walks or picking up supplies for a BBQ, Abbey House is a comfortable base for your Leura stay.
