Dora House | A Modern, Pet-Friendly Katoomba Townhouse

Dora House is a comfortable, well-designed townhouse with room for families, friends and their pets to relax together. It sleeps up to six guests and offers a modern base close to Katoomba’s cafés, shops, transport and Blue Mountains walking tracks.

Enjoy light-filled open-plan living and dining, a fully equipped kitchen and a private courtyard with lawn and paved space. There’s also a study area for guests who need to work during their stay.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

The three generous bedrooms all have built-in wardrobes:

• Bedroom 1: One queen bed, with a bathroom downstairs nearby—ideal for guests who prefer easier access without stairs.

• Bedroom 2: One queen bed upstairs, sharing a bathroom with Bedroom 3.

• Bedroom 3: Two king single beds upstairs, sharing a bathroom with Bedroom 2. This flexible room suits children or adults.

Staying with your pet

Dora House welcomes up to two pets. Please include your pet in your booking enquiry. A fee of $80 per pet, per stay applies.

Please keep pets supervised, clean up after them and keep them off beds and furniture. Please don’t leave pets unattended in the property.

Guest numbers and pricing

The nightly rate covers up to four guests. An additional guest fee of $80 per person, per night applies for each guest beyond four. Please enter the correct number of guests when submitting your booking enquiry.
